Congratulations to Dundee’s Citizen of the Year 2022

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the community campaigner, Russell Pepper, on being unveiled as Dundee’s Citizen of the Year 2022; understands that he was one of many high calibre candidates this year; further understands that Russell plays an active role in the community as chair of the Dundee Cycle Forum, Chair of the West End Community Council, and Director of Open/Close Dundee; congratulates him again on being awarded this title, and wishes him the very best with his current and future community projects.
