The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Inverclyde’s Care and Support at Home Service on being named Team of the Year, during an online NHS "Celebrating Success" prize-giving; understands that the seven-days home help service, which provides vital personal care and support to adults living at home across the area, was commended for continuing to provide essential services to people throughout the COVID-19 pandemic; notes that the well-deserved award was presented by Inverclyde Health and Social Care’s interim chief officer, Allen Stevenson; appreciates how challenging the past two years have been for health and social care staff, and thanks them for their commitment to providing high-quality personal care, which, it considers, ultimately led to the Inverclyde service being recognised in this way.
