Dumbarton Call Centre to Donate a Total of £26,000 to Local Charities

The motion

That the Parliament commends Opos Ltd of Dumbarton for donating £14,000 towards charity so far and for pledging a further £1,000 per month for the year ahead; notes that employees of the month choose a local charity of their choice to donate £1,000 to each month; understands that, in total, 26 individual charities will benefit from what it sees as this generous scheme; applauds Managing Director, Scott Dawson, for creating the scheme, which has already supported 14 charities since it started, and believes that the scheme has had a positive working impact on staff and locals alike.
