Clydebank High Pupils Create Welcoming Messages for Refugees
The motion
That the Parliament applauds the efforts of pupils from Clydebank High School, who have created messages of encouragement and kindness for Afghan refugees; understands that the messages will be put into books, which will be delivered to refugees as gifts; appreciates that the pupils understand how difficult it is for refugee children to move into a new school without knowing the language, and considers that the efforts made by the people of Clydebank will be greatly appreciated by those seeking to integrate into their new communities.
