Congratulations to Rutherglen and Cambuslang Citizens Advice Bureau on Being Accredited to the Scottish National Standards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Rutherglen and Cambuslang Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) on being accredited to the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers in housing, welfare benefits, money and debt; acknowledges what it sees as the incredible hard work and commitment of the volunteers and staff at Rutherglen and Cambuslang CAB in achieving accreditation and supporting citizens in the area throughout the COVID-19 pandemic; congratulates the CAB on having helped 10,128 people with enquiries during the pandemic, and thanks Rutherglen and Cambuslang CAB for what it sees as the invaluable support and advice service that it provides to the local community.
