Braes High School’s Funding for Green Fingers

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Braes High School, Falkirk, on successfully securing National Lottery Community Funding; understands that the £3,013 grant will be used to complete the installation of a Polycrub tunnel; notes the importance of this grant to enable the school to encourage and support learners to fulfil health and wellbeing learning outcomes in an engaging way and further their learning opportunities; considers the practical skills and health benefits that learning about growing food and making healthy choices can provide; congratulates Braes High School on being awarded the grant, and looks forward to the completion of the installation.
