Funding for Cancer Treatment Travel Provisions

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Bo’ness Car 4 U on its successful application to the National Lottery Fund; understands that the grant of £9,800 will help improve its service across Bo’ness, Falkirk; believes that the service is hugely beneficial to cancer patients in Bo’ness through the provision of free travel to help them attend hospital appointments outwith their local community; considers that volunteers play a pivotal role in keeping the service running for those in need in the community; congratulates Bo’ness Car 4 U on its success, and looks forward to the service developing further in future.
