Port Glasgow Otters Return to Action After Nearly Two Years

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Port Glasgow Otters on making a spectacular return to swimming after almost two years by competing in the West of Scotland Regional Championships; understands that the Otters returned home with an amazing tally of 43 medals, 30 gold and 13 silver, as well as several personal bests having been broken; recognises that Port Glasgow Otters provides people with any form of disability an opportunity to train, compete and socialise at all levels of swimming ability; believes that the club is helping disabled people in Inverclyde to participate in sport while also making friends and improving their fitness; congratulates all the swimmers on such a successful event, and wishes the club all the best for future competitions.
