MorphFit Gentle Movement Project Ltd Receives National Lottery Funding
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the MorphFit Gentle Movement Project Ltd in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, on its successful award of £10,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the funding will be used to deliver physical exercise classes, online and in a gym, which are designed around people with specific wellbeing needs; notes that these gentle movement classes will be delivered alongside lifestyle and wellbeing interventions to support older people and other population groups experiencing acknowledged health issues, and recognises what it sees as the positive role that the National Lottery plays in supporting ambitious community engagement projects across the country.
