David Hopkins, Emperors Attic Lochgelly
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates David Hopkins on the opening of Emperors Attic, in Lochgelly; understands that David was unemployed and job searching just months earlier, before deciding to establish his business; further understands that the business hopes to become a staple within the community; believes that this would not have been possible without the support provided to David by BRAG Enterprises, and wishes David all the very best on his new business venture.
