Input SCIO North Ayrshire Awarded £71,680 Young Start Funding

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Input Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation, North Ayrshire on being awarded £71,680 from The National Lottery’s Young Start Scotland Community Fund; understands that the group will use the funding to deliver a skills development programme for young people from North and East Ayrshire with learning difficulties or additional education needs; further understands that trainees will learn how to recycle donated used computing equipment for groups and individuals and that they will help to run digital literacy and inclusion workshops; welcomes that the project will work with 200 trainees and 10 volunteers over three years, and wishes everyone involved with the project every success.
