Community Chorus in Raploch Wins Generations Working Together Excellence Award 2022

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Big Noise Raploch and Raploch Community Partnership on winning the Generations Working Together Excellence Award 2022 for Creative Use of Technologies; notes that the award was given to their online intergenerational Community Chorus; commends the efforts to bring generations in Raploch together through music and song; understands that the Community Chorus was an in-person chorus, prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, and was moved online to keep it going throughout the pandemic, and notes that the move to online has allowed more people to access the Community Chorus, including children of Raploch Primary School, Our Lady's RC Primary School, Castleview Primary School, Raploch Nursery and residents of Forthbank Care Home.
