Stevenston Community Council
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Stevenston Community Council, which was successful in securing £6,310 of funding from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the grant will fund community-led improvements to 10 flower beds situated across Stevenson town centre; notes that the National Lottery Community Fund distributes funding on behalf of National Lottery players who raise more than £30 million each week for good causes throughout the UK; further notes that last year the National Lottery Community Fund awarded £588.2 million of what it sees as life-changing funding to communities across the UK; congratulates Stevenston Community Council, and wishes everyone involved all the best in the future.
