Moore's Fish and Chips, the "Plaice" to Be

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Moore’s Fish and Chips, based in Castle Douglas, Kirkcudbrightshire, on being named one of the best outlets in Scotland, having made it onto a list of the UK’s 50 best takeaways following two rounds of mystery dining by the trade publication, Fry Magazine; recognises the hard work and achievement by the owner, Andrew Moore, and his staff after they scored an impressive 96.5%, with the pass mark to be considered for the list being set at 86%, and wishes the business continued success in the future as the "plaice" to be.
