North Ayrshire Champions Board

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates North Ayrshire Champions Board, which is based in Irvine and was successful in securing £6,590 of funding from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the grant will help to establish a youth group for care experienced young people from across North Ayrshire; notes that the National Lottery Community Fund distributes funding on behalf of National Lottery players who raise more than £30 million each week for good causes throughout the UK; further notes that last year the National Lottery Community Fund awarded £588.2 million of what it sees as life-changing funding to communities across the UK; congratulates North Ayrshire Champions Board, and wishes all involved the best of luck in the future.
