Carer Recognised for Outstanding Public Service

That the Parliament commends what it sees as the selfless work of Lorraine Taylor MBE and Eddie Taylor who have given foster kinship support to over 250 children; understands that they have provided over 40 years’ service in this field; congratulates Lorraine on the well-deserved public recognition of winning carer of the year at the recent Moray and Banffshire Heroes awards, which is run by Highland News and Media, and understands that this award, which is nominated and voted on by the Moray and Banffshire public, is a well-deserved public recognition for years of public service.
