Lanarkshire Pub of the Year Competition

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Corrigan’s Bar in Wishaw on being recognised as the top pub in North Lanarkshire in Lanarkshire Live’s Lanarkshire Pub of the Year award; notes that Corrigan’s finished second overall in the Lanarkshire-wide competition to add to its victory in Wishaw Press Pub of the Year competition in 2019; acknowledges the important role that pubs play in local communities and that brother and sister duo, Derek and Tracey, have run Corrigan’s Bar for the last nine years, building a strong reputation for excellent service, and wishes Corrigan’s all the best for the future.
