Local GPs' Community Efforts Recognised
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Macduff Medical Practice GPs, Dr Alison Barbour and Dr Ian Brooker, on being named Health Care Heroes of the Year at the Moray and Banffshire Heroes award ceremony; notes that the awards are run by Highland News and Media; understands that winners are nominated and voted by Highland News and Media readership while concentrating on showcasing those who have gone above and beyond in the local community; thanks Dr Alison Barbour and Dr Ian Brooker for their 33 years' service at Macduff Medical Practice, and wishes them both a long and happy retirement.
