Hawick Pub Set to Open After Being Restored to Former Glory

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Stephen Anderson on the reopening of the Queen’s Head at 32 High Street, Hawick; understands that the pub has been closed since 2011 and that work started on the restoration of the 19th century property early in 2019, and further understands that it is due to open at the end of April or early May 2022, before the town’s first Common Riding ride-out.
