Gondola Chippy in Wishaw Raises £600 for St Andrew’s Hospice
The motion
That the Parliament recognises Gondola on Caledonian Road in Wishaw, which has been raising funds for St Andrews Hospice, a cause that is close to owner Fausto Rea’s heart; understands that through generous customer donations as well as a sum from the restaurant, it managed to raise over £600 for the local hospice; further understands that Fausto engaged in charity work in the business’ previous location in Netherton, and wanted to continue this work when relocating to Caledonian Road; thanks the local chip shop and its customers for their kind donations, and wishes Gondola and St Andrew’s Hospice all the best for the future.
