The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Emmy Woodbridge at just seven-years-old, who, it understands, has so far raised £263.35 for the National Deaf Children’s Society, after setting up her own plant stall called Emmy’s Emporium at Huntly Farmers Market in April 2022; understands that she will have another stall at future markets to continue her fundraising endeavours; further understands that the National Deaf Children’s Society provides support to deaf children and their families and campaigns to remove the social and educational barriers that hold deaf children back; commends Emmy’s commitment to raising awareness and money for such an important cause, and wishes her luck at her next market.
