Saltcoats' Abundance Hair & Beauty Salon Wins Grand National Final at Business Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Saltcoats salon, Abundance Hair & Beauty, on being crowned Grand Final Winners at Scotland’s Business Awards event at Glasgow’s Hilton Double Tree, on 20 March 2022; is aware that the Hamilton Street-based business fought off tough competition from Glasgow, Fife and Dundee to win the coveted award, which it considers showcases the very best of Scotland’s business talent; acknowledges that the salon had already won the local award for the Ayrshire region in November 2021; considers this award to be a recognition of their hard work during a series of difficult and turbulent years; understands that owner, Vicky Bryce, explains this success as being down to her team’s mindset of belief and not comparing themselves to others, and wishes Ms Bryce and all employees at Abundance Hair & Beauty all the best in their future endeavours.
