Helensburgh Rugby Team Wins Trophies

The motion

That the Parliament acknowledges what it sees as the stellar efforts of Joy Fletcher and Lucy MacRae who, it understands have both won trophies at the Youth Cup Finals Day at Murrayfield; understands that the ex-Hermitage Primary pupils have now moved onto U18’s Club Rugby and are performing very well within their respective clubs, and considers that health and fitness is very important to Scotland’s youth, and that competitive sport is an ideal way to encourage other children to follow in this duo’s footsteps.
