Congratulations to Fraserburgh FC on Winning the Highland League

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Fraserburgh FC (The Broch) on winning the Highland League for the 4th time in the football club's one hundred and twelve year history;  commends the work of everyone at the club, who has made this title a reality, and understands that it has brought a sense of pride to the Banffshire and Buchan Coast town of Fraserburgh.
