Cove Rangers, Scottish League One Champions

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Cove Rangers FC for winning the Scottish League One title and achieving promotion to the second-tier Championship; notes that the title was won following a 1-0 victory over Dumbarton FC at the Balmoral Stadium; further notes that this is the Club's third promotion in three seasons, starting from the Highland League, and understands that, from next season, the city of Aberdeen could have two senior clubs competing in Scotland's top two tiers for the first time in history; commends the Club's board, manager, players and supporters, and passes on its best wishes for continued success.
