Bearsden Golfer Wins Golf Trophy in Qatar
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates 25-year-old Bearsden golfer, Ewan Ferguson, on winning his first DP World Tour Title, the 2022 Bank Qatar Masters, by a single shot and claiming the prize of €308,344.30; understands that Ewan dedicated this victory to his mother; further understands that the European Challenge Tour graduate fired an eagle and a birdie in his last three holes to lift the trophy; appreciates the dedication and hard work that Ewan has put in to win this title, and understands that he looks forward to many more wins on the international stage.
