Lanarkshire School Children Raise Money for Ukraine

The motion

That the Parliament recognises Calderbridge Primary School students, who it understands have been learning about the inspiring stories of the Ukrainian people walking to the Polish and Slovakian borders; understands that Wishaw Primary School opted to hold a sponsored walk named Journey with Ukraine, around the school to raise much needed funds for the British Red Cross; further understands that the sponsored walk consists of each class walking as many miles as possible within a given time around their school pitch, and congratulates the schools' students for so far raising an amazing £2,182.42.
