Renfrewshire Food Train

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Renfrewshire Food Train on what it sees as the invaluable service that it provides in delivering food and other shopping to older people across Renfrewshire; understands that Renfrewshire Food Train also helps to tackle the social isolation that many older people face by providing much needed social contact through its Meal Makers and befriending services, and recognises the excellent work by dedicated volunteers to ensure that Renfrewshire Food Train is an asset for the whole community.
