Lanarkshire Dog Trainer Becomes Champion for Second Year in a Row
The motion
That the Parliament recognises Deborah O’Neill, a dog trainer from Wishaw, on winning the title of Scotland Dog Trainer of the Year; understands that Deborah started her popular service, Miss Pawz, 10 years ago, and that it has been a success since; notes that Deborah has been presented the award at the Prestige Business Awards for the second year running, following success in 2021; understands that she prides herself in implementing force-free practices, and is pleased to be recognised for her style of training, and wishes Deborah all the best in her future endeavours.
