Helensburgh Highland Dancer is Star of New York Tartan Day

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates six-year-old highland dancer, Olivia Moffat, for taking part in the New York Tartan Day celebrations; notes that she performed with the highland dance group Shot of Scotch, then marched and danced with the New York Caledonian Club; acknowledges what it sees as the high levels of skill and determination for someone so young, and wishes Olivia all the best for the future.
