Fun First Named the Military Family Charity of 2022

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Fun First on being named the Military Family Charity of 2022 at the Celebrating Forces Families awards reception; understands that the charity is based in Helensburgh and provides fun and educational sessions to local pre-school children and their families, both in Helensburgh and nearby communities; recognises the support that Fun First provided to families during the COVID-19 pandemic, through online sessions, the introduction of a new Fun First Babies group to support new parents, and the creation of a mothers walking group; believes that this award is well deserved, and wishes those behind the charity every success in continuing their important work in service of the armed forces community.
