The motion

That the Parliament notes that 5 May 2022 was World Password Day; understands that this day was to highlight the need to strengthen passwords to keep personal data safe; believes that strong and secure passwords are crucial, especially now that most work is done online; understands that in 2005, security experts suggested that everyone should have their own password days when they change their passwords, which it understands inspired the company, Intel to create a worldwide observance with the first Thursday in May being declared World Password Day in 2013; reminds everyone to remain safe while using personal data online, and hopes that many passwords were changed on this day in light of the worldwide day.
