RNLI Helensburgh Fundraiser Raises £2,000

The motion

That the Parliament applauds the efforts of Helensburgh Parish Church, which it understands helped raise over £2,000 for the town’s RNLI lifeboat; understands that those who attended the fundraiser enjoyed homemade cream teas and cakes as well as live music; further understands that the RNLI mascot, Stormy Stan, attended the fair, and notes that members of the community of all ages donated items to ensure that the fair was a great success.
