Local Takeaway’s Success at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards 2022

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the C-Side Chip Shop in Shieldhill, Falkirk on its recognition at the 10th Annual Molson Coors Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards 2022; understands that the C-Side was successful in being awarded the Highly Recommended as Scotland’s Best Takeaway award at the prestigious Gala final ceremony, which was held on the 5 May 2022 in Glasgow; understands that the award will be hugely important to the C-Side in boosting both trade and its reputation within the Falkirk area, as it understands that the takeaway industry faces a very challenging period; considers that the award recognises the hard work and dedication of all staff at the C-Side by the local community voting for them in the nominated category; congratulates the C-Side on its Highly Recommended as Scotland’s Best Takeaway award at the Scottish awards, and wishes it well for the future.
