Glasgow Merchant City Restaurant, Swadish, Wins Best Indian Restaurant in Scotland at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Swadish Restaurant, which is located in the Merchant City in the Glasgow Kelvin constituency, on winning the Best Indian Restaurant in Scotland award at the Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards 2022; considers that this accolade is richly deserved; notes what it sees as the severe difficulties faced by the hospitality industry throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, and commends Swadish, its management and staff for what it sees as their resilience and perseverance throughout this very challenging period.
