Clydebank Cheerleaders Win Gold Medal at World Championships in the United States

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Clydebank cheerleading team, Senior Black on winning a Gold medal for Scotland at the Cheerleading and Dance World Championships in the United States; understands that head coach, Lisa Tausney waited over three years to get the team to the finals due to COVID-19 restrictions, after winning the Scot Cheer National Championship in 2019; acknowledges what it sees as the hard work and dedication that went into winning this medal, and wishes the team all the best for future championships.
