Ripple Retreat's Fifth Anniversary

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates It's Good 2 Give's Ripple Retreat at Loch Venachar on its fifth anniversary since opening on 12 May 2017; acknowledges that the Ripple Retreat was built as a place for families of young cancer patients in Scotland to unwind during the most challenging of times; notes that the Ripple Retreat sits on the banks of Loch Venachar, near Invertrossachs, and features an iconic rippled roof design to reflect the rippling surface of the loch, and further notes that It's Good 2 Give is a charity set up to support the physical and mental wellbeing of young cancer patients and their families in Scotland and offers a wide range of support to both patients and hospitals during a very difficult time.
