Five New College Lanarkshire Apprentices Reach National Fire and Security Skills Final

That the Parliament congratulates five apprentices from New College Lanarkshire who were recently announced as finalists in a fire and security skills competition in London; understands that Calum Sutherland, Conor Peddie, William Graham and Lewis Kinnear will compete in a live installation challenge in electronic security systems, while Ryan Cherrie will compete in a fire alarm systems challenge; further understands that if they are successful, the apprentices will proceed to the WorldSkills UK (WSUK) LIVE competition, which is a premier skills, apprenticeships and careers event, and praises the apprentices, their mentors, and New College Lanarkshire on this significant national achievement.
