National Lottery Community Fund Makes Award to Women's Shed Kilmarnock

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the announcement that Women's Shed Kilmarnock has been awarded £3,613 from the National Lottery Community Fund, to support the weekly hall hire for a year and two trips for the club’s members; understands that the National Lottery Awards For All Scotland gives groups a chance to apply for a National Lottery grant of between £300 and £10,000 for projects that aim to help improve local communities and the lives of people most in need; congratulates Women's Shed Kilmarnock on its success, and looks forward to seeing the organisation continue to grow.
