CentreStage Communities Ltd Receives National Lottery Funding

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates CentreStage Communities Ltd, in Kilmarnock, on its successful application and award of £10,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the grant will be used to fund salary costs for the Community Connect project, which provides free creative opportunities to the community to increase empowerment in all ages through participation in the arts; recognises what it sees as the positive role that the National Lottery plays in supporting creative community participation projects across the country, and wishes CentreStage every success with this innovative project.
