Nina McFarlane’s Food Bank Bike Ride

The motion

That the Parliament commends Troon’s Nina McFarlane for cycling across Cumbrae to raise funds for South Ayrshire’s foodbank; understands that Nina, who is seven years old, cycled 10 miles, accompanied by her mum, dad and younger sister; notes that during her cycle she asked locals to kindly donate with the aim of raising funds for a basket of food; acknowledges Nina’s success in raising £100; understands that Nina delivered a trolley full of goods to the foodbank on 4 May 2022, and thanks Nina for her charitable contribution.
