Kigtek Complete Journey from Lands' End to John O’ Groats

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Bellshill-based technology integration specialists, Kigtek Solutions, on their successful completion of the virtual Vinci Energies Incredible Journey from Lands' End to John o’ Groats and for finishing fourth in the contest; understands that participants clocked up miles in a variety of active ways; further understands that the team will receive £500, which will be donated to PSPA, a national charity supporting people with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD), while funding research into treatments for these complex neurological and brain conditions, with the ultimate aim of finding a cure; notes that the team completed the race ahead of PSP Awareness Week 2022, and commends everyone involved for their incredible efforts to raise money for a very deserving cause.
