Blackthorn Salt, Ayr
The motion
That the Parliament applauds Blackthorn Salt in Ayr for winning Category Gold and the Platinum Awards for Scottish Small Producer at the Scottish Retail Food and Drink Awards 2022; understands that Blackthorn Salt produces sea salt, which is made from 100% Scottish West Coast sea water; recognises that the Scottish Retail Food and Drink Awards highlight the very best of the Scottish food and drink industry; commends Blackthorn Salt for obtaining this award, and wishes them the very best for the future.
