We Too! Celebrates Winning Volunteer Friendly Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates We Too! on being awarded the Volunteer Friendly Award; understands that the award recognises charities that demonstrate excellence in involving volunteers; notes the positive impact that voluntary work has for service users; thanks Volunteer Scotland and the TSI Scotland Network for supporting this award; commends the volunteers and staff at We Too! for their work to empower families of disabled children in the north east of Scotland, and encourages people from all walks of life to get involved in volunteering in their local community.
