2022 TPAS Scotland’s National Good Practice Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the New Linktown Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) on its success at the 2022 Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS) Scotland’s National Good Practice Awards; understands that these awards seek to reward and celebrate the responses and actions of tenants, community members, landlords, contractors and other organisations over the last two years; notes the success of the TRA in the Best Practice in Developing Community category, which is awarded for efforts showcasing local pride and community spirit, built support systems, reduced barriers, and enhanced physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing; commends the hard work and the dedication to the local community of Shane, Lizzie, Marie and the whole team at the Linktown Action centre, and wishes them all the very best for the future.
