Cost of Living Support

As an amendment to motion S6M-05106 in the name of Mark Griffin (Cost of Living Support), leave out from "calls on" to end and insert "agrees that the Scottish Government, in consultation with COSLA, should examine all options to recover this money through a council tax levy on second homes and long-term empty homes in order to support local cost-of-living responses on a fair and equitable basis."
