Triumph at Scottish Curry Awards for South Lanarkshire's The Original Mr Chef

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates South Lanarkshire’s The Original Mr Chef takeaway for being crowned Outstanding Indian Takeaway of the Year at the Scottish Curry Awards 2022; notes that this popular curry house, which has takeaway outlets in Uddingston and Hamilton, achieved success after being voted for by an army of local customers who awarded top marks to The Original Mr Chef for impeccable service, excellent standards and the quality of the delicious curry dishes created; understands that four other Lanarkshire curry establishments picked up Awards in separate categories at this prestigious annual event, each being recognised for being among the best in Scotland, and congratulates all the worthy winners while wishing continued national success to the proprietor and staff of The Original Mr Chef.
