Dalkeith Headteacher awarded Headteacher of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Allyson Dobson on being awarded Headteacher of the Year; understands that Allyson received this award at the Scottish Education Awards 2022 held in June 2022 in Glasgow; notes that Allyson is the Headteacher of Dalkeith High School, in Midlothian, and she received the reward for her inspirational leadership and dedication to the staff, pupils, parents, carers and Dalkeith community; praises Allyson for all her excellent work throughout her career, and wishes her all the best for her retirement at the end of the 2022 summer term.
