That the Parliament congratulates the Delight Café Gallery, Banff, on its recent nomination for the Customer Café Of The Year category in the Scottish Café Awards; notes that Delight Café Gallery has become a community hub for art and crafters as well as fine food and coffee in the Banffshire and Buchan Coast constituency.
