Moray Primary School Wins Scottish Primary School Glee Challenge
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Moray Primary School, in Grangemouth, on its success at the Scottish Primary School Glee Challenge; understands that the group was one of 10 schools in Scotland to compete at the event in Dundee on 19 June 2022; notes that the event consisted of a video submission round featuring the theme of Togetherness, and subsequently a live performance in front of an audience at the final; notes the effort by the Frisson Foundation in organising the event, bringing together schools and learners from across Scotland to perform singing, dancing and signing; considers what it sees as the importance of the Scottish Primary School Glee Challenge in helping learners build their confidence, relationships and resilience while raising their attainment and sense of achievement; congratulates Moray Primary School on becoming the Scottish Primary School Glee Champions for 2022, and wishes them every success in the future.
